RETURN POLICY

Any purchase may be returned for any reason. While Icy Minded offers free shipping on purchases, all return costs are buyer’s responsibility. 

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition or risk a refund rejection. 
• Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
• Customers may begin the return process by contacting us, stating the reason for return and to receive return instructions.
• All returns must contain your order number and identifying information to expedite the return process. 
• We do not offer exchanges. You may purchase a replacement item while we process your refund. 
• We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
• We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns. We suggest using shipping that includes a tracking number to verify our receipt. 

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
• Refunds are credited to the source of payment and may take 2-3 business days for processing. 
• Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
